  • Du bringst mit uns das Labor auf das nächste Level, z.B. durch den Einsatz neuer Technologien wie AI.
  • Du unterstützt bei Arbeiten rund um den Laborbetrieb, vor allem wenn es um die Optimierung von Testprozessen/-standards und Umsetzung von Richtlinien wie Datenschutz oder regulatorische Auflagen geht.
  • Je nach Bedarf berätst du unsere Projektteams zum Testaufbau und zur Testmethodik und unterstützt sie bei der Planung der Tests in Abstimmung mit der UX Governance
  • Du führst qualitative Studien wie Customer Journey Interviews, Usability Tests und Eyetracking Studien durch, kannst in quantitativen Studien unterstützen.
  • Deine Präsentationen überzeugen durch ihr Storytelling und dein Kommunikationstalent unterschiedliche Zielgruppen: So begeisterst du sowohl die Kids am Zukunftstag wie auch unser Senior Management.
  • Soweit es sich mit den Aufgaben im Labor vor Ort verbinden lässt, bist du in der Gestaltung von Arbeitszeit und Arbeitsort flexibel.
  • Dein einschlägiger Studienabschluss (Psychologie, HCI oder ähnliches) hilft dir, die richtigen Methoden zu wählen und Testaufbauten zu optimieren.
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich User Research und Usability Evaluation mit.
  • Optimalerweise hast du gute Kenntnisse in Statistik und Grundkenntnisse im Produkt- und UI-Design.
  • Du liebst es Lösungen zu finden. Deine ausgesprochene Serviceorientierung helfen dir dabei ebenso wie dein Qualitätsbewusstsein.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Landessprachen sind ein Plus.
