**Global E2E integration Manager Consumer Health**

Consumer Health is a global organization responsible for supplying consumer products to markets and consumers around the world. Planning is one of the critical foundational pillars identified by JnJ Supply Chain strategy that is essential to building the world’s best supply chain. Planning forms a pivotal role in the synchronization of our E2E Supply Chain to meet our customer demands efficiently and effectively as well as improving our cashflow through optimizing our working Capital. At the same time, we need to ensure that we are anticipating the future trends and disrupters and building capabilities to leverage and take advantage of these being agile enough to ensure we adapt and use this as a competitive advantage.

Part of the Global Plan Excellence Team, the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) team is focused on developing the strategic direction of Consumer Health Planning on the DP, S&OP to IBP and Cash Journey. The team is looking at developing existing capabilities and processes, bringing new advanced capabilities as well as leading cultural change to embed Integrated Business Planning throughout the business. The team works hand in hand with the various regional planning leaders, enterprise planning leaders, as well as SC finance and commercial partners around the globe.

**Responsibilities**

As part of the GPEx team, The Global E2E integration Manager is responsible for the integration of side business processes ensuring wiring into the IBP/S&OP process reporting to the Global Sr. IBP Manager. Scope includes cross functional ways of working (Marketing, Sales, Finance) with special focus on integrating the future financial planning process and system with IBP. For that matter, the Manager will closely partner with market business stakeholders and FP&A team. Manager will focus on:

- Serve as Finance SME for Future Financial Planning process workstreams to develop end state strategies and successful deployment execution.
- Map current processes on innovation planning, assumption gathering, commercial forecasts
- Perform data collection and analysis required for scenario and modeling.
- Coordinate execution planning with transformation leadership, deployment & deliver teams
- Coordinate sub-team efforts for various sub-process focus areas
- Participate in process, documentation inclusive of training content
- Work with all required stakeholders to ensure proper and timely communications
- Engage with stakeholders and lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transition to new ways of working
- Support Global Sr. IBP Manager in all programs driving the maturity of our S&OP process including education framework, training platforms, maturity assessment, standardization of sub-processes

Qualifications

**Experience**:

- University Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Min 5 years of working experience in Commercial Finance, Trade Marketing in a consumer goods environment
- Experience in S&OP/IBP as a key participant in one the 5 Steps process (preferred)

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Good oral and written communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Eager to develop an E2E understanding of business operations
- Collaborative, problem-solving skills, dealing with ambiguity, process-oriented mindset is required
- Strong analytical mindset
- Understanding of business dynamics and knowledge of P&L set up (revenue/ margin/ cost drivers) within a Consumer business and their interdependencies.
- Able to adapt to changing environment
- Results-oriented

**Language Requirements**:English. Another European language is a plus.
