**PeaceWomen Across the Globe** (PWAG) is an internationally active feminist peace organisation based in Bern. We network women from war
- and conflict-affected regions and support them in demanding their rights, helping to shape peace processes and thus creating a more peaceful world. We advocate for sustainable and visible women’s peace work.

**Programme manager Network and Advocacy (70-100%)**
**Your areas of responsibility include**:
- The coordination, as well as the strategic and operational development of PWAG's network worldwide. This includes, among other things, oversight of events and learning processes that strengthen the network and its visibility.
- The conceptualisation for network strategies and methods as tools for feminist peacebuilding.
- The strategic, thematic, and administrative accompaniment of PWAG’s Feminist Peace Initiatives (FPI) with the aim of implementing innovative ideas for feminist peacebuilding and policy.
- The analysis of national and international policy events and processes and the implementation and support of local, regional, and international advocacy strategies.
**Your profile**:
You have a university degree or equivalent qualification and have many years of professional experience in peacebuilding or advocacy. Feminist peacebuilding and human rights are close to your heart, and you identify with the goals of our organisation. You have a communicative personality and you think critically, tackle issues proactively and work inclusively. You have experience in networking, follow national and international policy events and processes concerning Women, Peace and Security closely and are well connected in this regard. You have strong analytical skills and a strategic mind-set. You speak and write fluently in English and ideally in German and French. You know how to use different communication channels for advocacy purposes. Your profile is rounded off by the ability to work in a team, taking personal responsibility, possessing intercultural skills and a good sense of humour.
