**Ihre Hauptaufgaben**:

- Gesamtprojektleitung in einer Matrixorganisation mit internen und externen Beteiligten im Produktionsumfeld
- Planung, Budgetierung, Organisation und Umsetzung von anspruchsvollen Industrialisierungs
- und Infrastrukturprojekten
- Projektleitung von Transferprojekten
- Technische Lieferantenbetreuung mit Fokus auf Anlagebau und Automation
- Analysieren von Schwachstellen in den Herstellungsprozessen
- Unterstützung und Aufbau neuer Produktionstechnologien
- Erarbeitung von Konzeptstudien und strategischen Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management
- Faktenbasierte Aufarbeitung von Themen und Benchmark-Vergleiche
- Interner Kontakt zu Bereichs
- und Geschäftsleitung

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Ingenieur FH/ETH/TU im Bereich Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Mikrotechnik oder Betriebswirtschaft.
- Zusatzausbildung in Betriebswirtschaft / Projektmanagement oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Projektleiter im Industrialisierungs
- und Infrastrukturbereich, vorzugsweise im Bereich Medizintechnik, Pharma, Automobilindustrie, Kunststoffverarbeitung
- Führungserfahrung in einer Matrixorganisation
- Reisebereitschaft bis maximal 20%.
- Durchsetzungsstark, lösungsorientiert und entscheidungsfreudig
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englisch Kenntnisse
