**Votre mission**
Pour notre client Medtronic, nous recherchons actuellement
**un/une Planificateur-trice / Admin Support** à 60% pour supporter les managers dans la gestion de la population d'opérateurs en salle blanche.

Le poste est basé à Tolochenaz.

**Principales Missions**
- Saisie des heures de travail hebdomadaires des opérateurs en salle blanche: correction des pointages (si besoin), validation en accord avec les managers
- Saisie des vacances et absences des employés dans l'outil RH
- Rectifications / modifications si nécessaire
- Planification hebdomadaire des certifications et re-certifications des opérateurs en salle blanche
- Organisation des onboardings pour les nouveaux collaborateurs : réservation de salle, envoi des invitations à tous les formateurs, imprimer les supports qualité et planning, accueil des collaborateurs et visite des locaux
- Maintenir à jour les différents fichiers de reporting

**Votre profil**
- CFC d’employé de commerce, BTS ou diplôme équivalent.
- Bonnes connaissances en informatique (Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, Powerpoint)
- Être capable d’analyser, de proposer et choisir les meilleures options de planification pour répondre aux exigences du client
- Caractère dynamique et volontaire avec un fort esprit d’équipe
- Bonne maîtrise du français, l’anglais un plus
- Personne rigoureuse et méthodique
- Bonne résistance au stress et persévérance
