Stellenbeschreibung
Du berichtest an den Head of Media Intelligence. Als Productivity Manager* bei Dentsu koordinierst Du Produktivitätsanalysen für Kunden und Preisangebote für Pitches. In dieser Rolle ist es wichtig die vertraglich vereinbarten Ziele und Messmethoden zu verstehen und diese intern an die beteiligten Abteilungen zu kommunizieren. Neben der internen Koordination - Sicherstellung, dass Analysen rechtzeitig und korrekt abgeschlossen werden - sind auch Audits Teil der Verantwortlichkeit.
- Koordination von verschiedenen Agentur Bereichen, um sicherzustellen, dass die mit dem Kunden vertraglich vereinbarten Media Einkaufsziele erreicht werden. Dies beinhaltet die Projektleitung von regelmässigen Trackings, die umfangreiche Analyse der Entwicklung und strategische Empfehlungen je nach Entwicklungsstatus
- Abstimmung mit internationalen Koordinationsteams
- Ansprechpartner für Media Audit Unternehmen und interne Projektleitung für diesbezügliche Analysen und Anfragen
- Detaillierte Analyse von Daten mit vereinbarter Methodik (kundenspezifisch), um die
- Inflationsberechnungen
- Guidance bei der Kalkulation von Berechnungsgrundlagen (Benchmarks / Adjustmentfaktoren)
- Guidance & Training zum Verständnis von Productivity Zielen und Mechaniken
Qualifikationen
- Mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung in eine Mediaagentur oder in der Wirtschaftsprüfung (mit Medienkunden).
- Fundiertes Wissen über Planungs
- und Einkaufsprozesse der einzelnen Mediagattungen
- Schwerpunkt Digital, Basiswissen klassische Medien hilfreich
- Verständnis von Einkaufsmechanismen sowie Media KPI’s und deren Analyse
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse.
- Gute Excel Kenntnisse
