**Your field of responsibility**
In this position you will act as People HR Business Partner responsible for part of Compliance / Corporate Functions (overall 2100 employees globally). You will provide strategic People advice and to shape the People agenda of the Business Area tackling the major human capital challenges. You will be part to drive the current CS / UBS integration from an operational and strategic point of view. Furthermore, you will instruct People initiatives with the Business Area management and Subject Matter Experts on diverse topics including strategy, recruitment, talent management, performance management, compensation, reward, recognition, and diversity.
**Your future colleagues**:
You will work in a global team of 5 and collaborate across region Switzerland, APAC, Americas and EMEA. We cover all time zones and coordinate the support as People Business Partner with a team on Analysts in Zurich, New York and Wroclaw. This position offers remote working opportunities for an agreed amount of days per week.
**Your skills and experience**
We look for a People Business Partner with several years of experience preferably in a Compliance or other corporate function and you’ve got a track record of the following skills and know-how:
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other relevant fields
- A commercial and client focused mindset
- The ability to shape the People agenda in a very dynamic international organization and drive People topics to results including Change Management
- Strong knowledge and experience of People best practices in performance management, recruitment, compensation, policy /procedure development, organizational design, training and development, centers of excellence, etc.
- Strong relationship and advisory skills, as well as the ability to manage cultural diversity
- Fluency in German and proficiency in English
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
