Wir suchen eine dynamische Persönlichkeit als Head of Marcom CE Switzerland (100%), die das lokale Team leitet, um die Nachfrage nach TV-, AV-, DA-, Storage
- und Monitor-Produkten durch wirkungsvolle medienübergreifende Kampagnen bei Verbrauchern und Unternehmen zu steigern.

Role and Responsibilities

Deine Aufgaben, Du
- führst ein Team von vier Spezialisten und leitest die lokale Markteinführung von den Produkten über alle Marketingkanäle
- trägst die Verantwortung für das Marketingbudget für CE Marcom
- entwickelst Produktlaunch Kampagnen Pläne, stimmst diese mit der Marketingleitung, sowie den Führungsteams der verschiedenen Produktsparten ab und koordinierst die Umsetzung.
- du arbeitest eng mit Analytics und Marktforschung zusammen. Formulierst mit ihnen gemeinsam Kampagnenziele, optimierst Kampagnen, misst die Kampagnenwirkung und wertest die Ergebnisse aus
- planst und führst gemeinsam mit der Mediaagentur Publicis effektive Paid-Media-Kampagnen für CE-Produkte über den gesamten Sales Funnel durch
- entwickelst und adaptierst mit Agenturen Kampagnen-Assets für alle Kommunikationskanäle
- entwickelst mit deinem Team lokale Kommunikationsaktivitäten und -materialien, um die Nachfrage und das Interesse für deine Produkte in der Schweiz zu steigern
- und Kaufseiten sicher

Skills and Qualifications

Dein Profil, Du
- verfügst über einen Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft oder Marketing (HF, FH, Universität)
- hast mehrjährige fundierte Erfahrung in der Konzeption, Planung und Umsetzung von Consumer Marketing-Kommunikations-Massnahmen, idealerweise in einer leitenden Position
- hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung
- bringst idealerweise B2B Marketing Erfahrung mit
- hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Mediaagenturen und Kreativagenturen
- hast sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere Power Point und Excel
- hast sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, jede weitere Sprache von Vorteil
- bist eine neugierige und motivierte Persönlichkeit mit dem Drang, den Status Quo zu verändern
- hast eine strukturierte, präzise und effiziente Arbeitsweise
