Der Bereich Technology, Innovation, Projects (TIP) gestaltet die digitale Transformation und die Business-Technologie der SRG. Das Kompetenzzentrum TIP vernetzt die technologischen Innovationen, Strategien, Masterpläne, Security und die Umsetzung überregionaler Projekte.

**Das ist Ihr Beitrag**: Als Teil des Teams
- **Business Transformation** gestalten Sie unsere zukünftige Medienlandschaft mit und engagieren sich unter anderem für folgende Themen:
- Strategien im Technologie
- und Data-Umfeld in Co-Creation entwickeln sowie durch alle Phasen des Prozesses führen und verantworten
- Das grosse Potential von Daten und Machine Learning unternehmensweit vorantreiben und ausschöpfen. Dazu nutzen Sie Ideation, Prototyping und andere Design Thinking Methoden in einem iterativen Prozess.
- Analysieren und modellieren des Kerngeschäfts der SRG um grösstmögliche Synergien und Best practices aufzuzeigen und passende Schnittstellen zu definieren
- Leiten / facilitieren von überregionalen interdisziplinären Arbeitsgruppen

**Damit begeistern Sie uns**:

- Ingenieur:in ETH/FH oder äquivalent mit Weiterbildung MAS/CAS in Digitaler Transformation und/oder Data Science, mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung
- Erfahrung im Bereich Data-Driven Company und Data, AI, ML sowie Kenntnisse über aktuelle Trends
- Offene, motivierte, innovative und empathische Persönlichkeit mit viel Leidenschaft, in interdisziplinären Teams auf Augenhöhe zu kommunizieren und nach den besten Lösungen zu suchen
- Hohe Lernbereitschaft, um Wissen und Fähigkeiten kontinuierlich zu erwerben und zu teilen
- Sehr gute Deutsch-/Englischkenntnisse, Französisch-/Italienischkenntnisse von Vorteil
