Sales Representative in Motorsports

On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Sales representative in motorsports (all).
- Work closely with the Key Account Manager for Automotive & Motorsports to formulate, refine, and implement sales strategies.
- Offer insights and suggestions to the Key Account Manager for enhancements, aiming to optimize revenue potential.
- Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with business partners within the motorsports sector, encompassing manufacturers, racing organizations, suppliers, and motorsports teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact, delivering customized solutions to meet clients' specific needs.
- Identify and capitalize on fresh business prospects within the motorsports market.
- Conduct thorough market research, analyze industry trends, and prepare sales forecasts and reports.
- Stay abreast of the latest technologies and regulations in the motorsports industry to effectively position our products.
- Establish and expand a network of contacts, actively participating in motorsports events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Craft and deliver compelling sales presentations that succinctly communicate the value proposition of our products and services.
- Address client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure new business opportunities.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, including engineering, marketing, and operations, to ensure flawless project execution, meet customer expectations, and resolve any customer-related issues.
- Provide constructive feedback from clients to relevant teams, fostering continuous product improvements and enhancements.
- Possession of a diploma in business administration, sport management, industrial engineering, or equivalent qualification.
- Advantageous proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the motorsport industry.
- Valuable familiarity with the motorsport market, encompassing key players, industry dynamics, and emerging trends.
- Proficiency in strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and German, capable of conveying complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated results-oriented mindset, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as in an international team setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, enabling the identification of opportunities and proposal of effective solutions.
- Readiness for travel and attendance at motorsport events, conferences, and customer visits as required.
- Proficient in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and the Microsoft Office suite.
