Join us as a Head of Procurement Transformation and dive into an environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities for growth MSC Cruises is seeking an experienced strategic sourcing professional to join our Global Procurement team based in Geneva, Switzerland.
- Drive strategic S2P procurement transformation initiatives within the organisation.
- Define a comprehensive global digital transformation strategy in line with the local leaders' vision and priorities.
- Coordinate change management initiatives to ensure a smooth transition to digital processes and tools for our internal and external stakeholders.
- Showcase your leadership by working as a coach and collaborating with development teams, business partners, product owners, and maybe outside vendors to create a roadmap for achieving goals while maintaining an inclusive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant procurement regulations and standards.
- Work closely with the program management teams globally to deploy a variety of processes, people and technology projects.
- Collaborate with internal and external technology stakeholders to ensure procurement strategies align with business objectives.

- Project management skills, and especially for what concerns technology project execution.
- Continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to impact Supply Chain processes.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Knows how to attract and keep top talent.
- Must have worked on a transformation project with the implementation of Ariba or Jagger suites.
- Can be effective in a constantly developing matrixed organisation with both complex and evolving technology and products.
- Outstanding organisational skills.
- University degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or computer sciences.
- 10+ years of strong sourcing experience with a minimum of 3 years experience in a significant leadership global role in Procurement Excellence or Procurement Transformation role.
- Demonstrated analytical skills, data-driven decision making, and the ability to adjust plans based on insights amid ambiguity, complexity, and uncertainty.
- Strong organisational skills, able to work autonomously, prioritise, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Calm and resilient with a self-driving attitude.
- Must have worked on a transformation project with the implementation of Ariba or Jagger suites.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and influencing skills, comfortable with stakeholder management in a matrix organisation.
- Perfect command of English (spoken and written). Fluency in other languages, with Italian and French being preferential ones, would be advantageous.

You will work under the supervision of the CPO and in cooperation with the Procurement Team and Business Partners and will be responsible to:
Align WW digital transformation vision across all stakeholders:

- Define a comprehensive global digital transformation strategy in line with the local leaders' vision and priorities Lead the Source to pay Project WW.
- Coordinate change management initiatives to ensure a smooth transition to digital processes and tools for our internal and external stakeholders.
- Be a champion of change and value creating across both MSC brands and influence the procurement leaders across the global organisation.
