**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Du arbeitest mit Kunden zusammen, um erfolgreiche und innovative Produkte zu entwickeln, die die Kunden begeistern:

- Du wirst den gesamten Zyklus des Produktmanagements für ein oder mehrere Produkte und funktionsübergreifende Teams leiten. Von der Chancenbewertung und Ideenfindung über die Validierung und Bereitstellung bis hin zum laufenden Produktlebenszyklusmanagement. Du nutzt Erkenntnisse, Daten, Marktpotenziale, Trends, Probleme und Chancen, um eine Produktvision und -strategie für das Produkt zu entwickeln, und zeigst, dass die Produktstrategie auf die Erreichung der Geschäftsstrategie abgestimmt ist. Du leitest die Produktentdeckung und -erprobung für die Teams
- Du arbeitest eng mit den Bereichen User Experience, Design und Forschung zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass bei Produktdesign und -entwicklung nutzerzentrierte Prinzipien angewandt werden. Du denkst in Begriffen des Experience
- und Service-Designs und dessen Auswirkungen auf die Kundenerfahrung, Produktmetriken und Geschäfts-KPIs
- Du moderierst teamübergreifende Diskussionen über Hypothesen und leitest Teams durch Entdeckungs-, Test
- und Lernprozesse, um Ideen zu validieren oder zu verwerfen, indem Du daten
- und erkenntnisbasierte Entscheidungen triffst. Du bist Fachexperte für die Metriken Ihres Produkts und förderst den Einsatz von Experimenten und MVT-Techniken, wo dies möglich ist.
- Du hilfst bei der Leitung, Entwicklung und dem Ausbau unserer Produktmanagementkapazitäten und stellst sicher, dass das Projekt über die richtigen Mitarbeiter, Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen verfügt, um die Kunden bei der Erfüllung ihrer Kundenbedürfnisse zu unterstützen. Du trägst dazu bei, die westeuropäischen Fähigkeiten auf die globale Produktmanagement-Kompetenz abzustimmen
- Du berätst und betreust die Produktorganisationen der Kunden, indem Du deren Reifegrad bewertest und Empfehlungen zur Verbesserung der Arbeitsweise aussprichst.
- Du bist der Product Management Lead und das "Gesicht" bei Presales-Aufträgen und arbeitest mit den Account-Teams zusammen, um das Unternehmen als vertrauenswürdigen Business Partner zu präsentieren.

- Da es sich um eine leitende Funktion handelt, wird Folgendes erwartet:

- Signifikante Erfahrung in der Entwicklung erfolgreicher Produkte für große kundenorientierte Organisationen
- Die Fähigkeit, Produktteams zu inspirieren, zu leiten und zu entwickeln, sowohl für Kundenorganisationen als auch intern
- Das Bestreben, die Produktmanagement-Fähigkeiten im Einklang mit den aufkommenden Markttrends weiterzuentwickeln und auszubauen, damit Kunden weiterhin bei der Entwicklung innovativer Produkte unterstützt werden können
- Die kommunikativen Fähigkeiten, um das Unternehmen bei ihren Kunden als einen der besten Anbieter von Produktmanagement-Know-how zu präsentieren
- In Anbetracht dieser Anforderungen ist es unwahrscheinlich, dass geeignete Kandidaten weniger als 5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer führenden Position im Produktmanagement haben.
