Dans le cadre d'une mission pour un client prestigieux basé à Genève, nous recherchons un **Change Management Consultant**.

**Vos activités**:

- Préparer le contenu et les éléments visuels, produire des dossiers de communication.
- Préparer des documents (FAQ, PowerPoint, messages TEAMS, MS SWAY, courriels ).
- Envoyez des invitations à des réunions.
- Animer les réunions si nécessaire.
- Partager des moments de qualité avec le personnel, en tête-à-tête, en petits groupes..
- Créez et recueillez des enquêtes, des sondages.
- Créez et publiez une lettre d'information mensuelle ou un autre document publié régulièrement.
- Identifier les réussites.
- Réserver des salles et des espaces de réunion.
- Stocker et organiser la documentation.
- Filtrer, organiser et hiérarchiser les questions et les réponses.
- Rendre compte à la direction des TIC de l'état actuel de la gestion du changement et de l'adhésion aux changements.
- Proposer des mesures d'atténuation et des actions.
- Être le contact clé du partenaire stratégique.

**Votre formation et expérience**:

- Au moins l'équivalent d'une licence.

- Empathie.
- Souplesse permettant d'adapter l'attitude et le langage à différents publics.
- Présentation et communication.
- Capacité à faire des compromis et à négocier.

**Vos compétences**:

- Gestion du changement > Avancé.
- Outils de communication > Avancé.
- Cycle de vie de la prestation de services informatiques > Bon.
- Anglais > Avancé.
- Gestion de projet > Bon.

**Autres**:

- Expérience de travail dans un environnement multiculturel.
- Capacité à influencer et à travailler dans une organisation matricielle.
- Ouverture d'esprit et attitude positive.
- Un poste à temps plein sur place est préférable pour une durée de 6 mois (éventuellement plus, à confirmer).
