Wir suchen derzeit einen Regulatory Affairs Spezialisten, um dem angesehenen Team unseres Kunden im Kanton Zürich, Schweiz, beizutreten.

Der ideale Kandidat verfügt über fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich der pharmazeutischen oder chemischen Regulatory Affairs sowie über außergewöhnliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ein Engagement für Exzellenz.

**Responsibilities**
- Überwachen Sie regulatorische Daten zu Rohstoffen und Produkten und gewährleisten Sie Genauigkeit und Vollständigkeit in den Compliance-Dokumentationen.
- Halten Sie sich über globale rechtliche Vorschriften, Standards und Richtlinien im Bereich des Chemikalienrechts auf dem Laufenden und kommunizieren Sie deren Auswirkungen klar an die Stakeholder.
- Vertreten Sie das Unternehmen professionell bei Interaktionen mit Kunden und Regierungsbehörden, sowohl lokal als auch international.
- Arbeiten Sie kooperativ mit internen Abteilungen wie Entwicklung, Produktion, Anwendungstechnologie und Vertrieb zusammen, um regulatorische Änderungen effektiv zu bewältigen.
- Koordinieren Sie bei Bedarf Reisen, um berufliche Aufgaben zu erfüllen, und pflegen Sie eine starke Präsenz im Kanton Zürich und darüber hinaus.

**Your Profile**
- Besitzen Sie einen Bachelor
- oder Masterabschluss in Pharmazie, Chemie oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet.
- Verfügen Sie über eine nachgewiesene Erfolgsbilanz im Bereich Regulatory Affairs innerhalb der pharmazeutischen oder chemischen Industrie.
- Besitzen Sie außergewöhnliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch und Deutsch auf C2-Niveau oder Muttersprachler-Niveau, die es Ihnen ermöglichen, komplexe regulatorische Anforderungen klar und effektiv zu vermitteln.
- Zeigen Sie eine starke Aufmerksamkeit für Details und Zuverlässigkeit, insbesondere in schnelllebigen und anspruchsvollen Umgebungen.
- Demonstrieren Sie ein klares Verständnis für die Anwendung und Funktionalität von Produkten innerhalb der Kundenprozesse.
- Verfügen Sie über berufliche Zertifizierungen oder Mitgliedschaften, die für Regulatory Affairs relevant sind.
- Haben Sie Erfahrung im Umgang mit regulatorischen Agenturen und Behörden in der Schweiz oder der Europäischen Union.
- Besitzen Sie Kenntnisse in der Nutzung von Software und Tools zur regulatorischen Compliance.
