Membre des Relais & Châteaux et Swiss Deluxe Hotels, le 5 étoiles Supérieur Beau-Rivage Hotel à Neuchâtel est situé à un endroit paradisiaque, le long de la promenade du lac, appelée Esplanade du Mont-Blanc. Il propose 66 chambres et suites à une clientèle d’affaire ainsi qu’à des clients privés internationaux. Il comprend 7 salles de banquet, un Restaurant O’terroirs, une Véranda-Bar, deux grandes Terrasses ainsi qu'un espace bien-être le B-Spa.

Pour diriger notre équipe de l’accueil, nous recherchons un/une:
**Front Office Manager (H/F)**

Directement rattaché à la Direction, vous serez en charge du Front Office qui réunit les équipes de la Réception et des Portiers/voituriers. En qualité de chef d’équipe, vous êtes le garant de la qualité de service requise dans un établissement Relais & Châteaux 5 étoiles Supérieur.

VOS TÂCHES
- Promouvoir tous les services de l’hôtel et optimiser les ventes, principalement du département hébergement et bien-être
- Assurer une relation irréprochable à la clientèle selon les standards de qualité du Beau-Rivage Hotel
- Assurer la conduite et le suivi efficace des travaux journaliers inhérents à la réception (check‑in, check-out, rooming, prise de réservations et gestion des sites de réservations)
- Anticiper les besoins de la clientèle et répondre aux attentes les plus diverses
- Communiquer les mouvements journaliers et les informations relatives aux séjours des clients avec tous les départements de l’hôtel
- Editer et contrôler les facturations et les débiteurs
- S’assurer de l’entière satisfaction des hôtes et assurer le suivi des éventuelles réclamations
- Mettre en place des actions correctives pour l’amélioration des prestations
- Veiller à la bonne présentation et l’attitude des collaborateurs du Front Office
- Gestion des tâches administrative du département : rapports, plannings, formations, correspondance
- S’assurer que les standards de qualité (LQA, Relais & Château, ISO) soient connus, entrainés et appliqués tout au long de l’année
- Effectuer le recrutement, la formation, l’évaluation des collaborateurs du Front Office
- Prendre part activement aux réunions stratégiques et proposer des actions visant à améliorer les prestations tout comme le taux d’occupation de l’hôtel
- Diplômé d’une école hôtelière, Bachelor, Master, BTS au minimum et/ou expérience de plusieurs années dans un poste similaire
- Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques (Fidelio/Oracle, Synexis, Channel Mng, Office, Mirus)
- Parfaite maîtrise des langues française et anglaise. Une 3ème langue (allemand) sera un réel atout
- Doté d'un excellent sens du relationnel et d'une véritable passion pour le savoir recevoir, vous veillerez à la totale satisfaction d’une clientèle internationale
- Flexible et organisé, vous avez le sens du détail et de l’attention portée aux hôtes
- Disposant d’un leadership naturel, couplé à une grande capacité à entretenir des relations de travail positives et productives
