Nous recherchons actuellement un HR Manager afin d'assurer le soutien des ressources humaines approprié à l'organisation d'un groupe de plus de 200 collaborateurs répartis sur 14 filiales - le poste serait basé à Montreux et des déplacements dans les filiales en Suisse Romande sont à prévoir.

**Responsabilités**:

- Gestion administrative du personnel (en collaboration avec le spécialiste payroll et recrutement externe)
- Accueil et intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs, suivi des process formations
- Établir et suivre les KPI's RH
- Participer aux groupes de travail internes (ERP )
- Recruter, fidéliser, développer et promouvoir le personnel
- Accompagner la direction dans la mise en oeuvre des objectifs stratégiques RH
- Soutien de la filière RH du groupe pour les clients

**Profil**:

- Diplôme en RH
- Expérience confirmée dans le domaine
