Multimedia & Av Manager

Working closely with the corporate teams in Geneva and the fleetwide team, the Multimedia & AV Manager manages the fleet multimedia content and operations, creating innovative plans to bring to life our growing technology and maximise the potential to increase guest experience.
- 5+ years’ experience in the entertainment business in broadcasting, web, tv or SMMT- 5+ years’ experience in a senior operational\/managerial position (within the Hospitality\/entertainment industry)
- English mother tongue, Ita\/Spa\/Por advantageous - Knowledge of industry leading Content Management Systems (i.e., Adobe, Site core, HP, SDL, Liferay)
- IT literacy: understanding of main IT systems\/ architectures
- Full understanding of LES systems within the marine industry
- Computer literate in Microsoft\/Adobe\/MOS- In-depth knowledge of mixed nationality audiences
- Extensive experience in the Cruise\/Hospitality\/Leisure industry
- Excellent project management skills
- Flexible problem-solver with ability to work autonomously
- Availability to perform extensive international travel
- Work with the technical teams on-shore and on-board to ensure all equipment is in full working order, schedules are generated, and repair plans agreed
- Attend and advise New Build on technical requirements
- Work with the Marketing team to generate and deliver ship-based media content
- Work with content providers to manage the conception, brief and introduction of new content
- Create and project manage processes and plans to deliver Entertainment and Advertising content on ship screens
- Understand global trends and analyse market to ensure our technology remains cutting-edge and future proofed
- Create, edit, and manage standard operating procedures and ensure all standards are met.
- Ensure the global consistent standard is delivered and the product doesn’t waver from a centrally agreed position
- Manage a team of Ship based and Touring technicians globally
