The goal is to build a scalable and innovative analytics platform to help the Forum achieve its long-term strategic goals. To support this development, we are looking for a smart and energetic Data Warehouse Architect to help us build these analytical tools.

A member of the Technology department, the Business Intelligence Manager will work under the supervision of the Head of IT Services and manage a team of data warehouse engineers to develop and maintain the tools that will facilitate the derivation of insights and help answer complex analytical problems. You should have strong communications skills and be comfortable translating requirements from business inputs to technical requirements. You will also be comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams across geographies and have a proven track record of delivering global data projects on time and to budget.

Breakdown of main responsibilities- DWH design and development (AWS Redshift)- Technical lead (managing end to end DWH development with external resources)- Programming/ETL/MSSQL/SSRS/BI Dashboards- Maintenance/Admin/Support (AWS Glue, Redshift, Tableau, Power BI)- DWH design, development, and operations- Data lake development and operations- Partnering with other engineering/product teams on development, support issues, process issues, bug fixes and delivery of enhancements using an Agile approach.- Designing, building, launching, optimizing and extending business intelligence solutions spanning extraction, storage, transformation and visualization layers.- Improving our analytical tools using the latest and greatest innovations from external partners.- Supporting and developing ETL processes (AWS Glue) in the existing data warehouse- Leading end to end IT projects (tool implementation or DB development) with external consultants

Preferred Requirements and Experience- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, other technical degree or strong self-taught programming skills.- 10+ years of relevant experience in database programming or equivalent practical experience.- In depth experience with SSRS- In depth experience with BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI,).- Experience with data wrangling and working with large datasets and familiar with DWH concepts- A solid understanding of technical infrastructure and coding practices (database design, SQL, Python ).- A solid understanding of Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure and cloud implementation technologies.- Fluency in English- Clear documentation skills and the ability to thrive in a complex and fast paced organization.- In depth knowledge of AWS (Glue, Redshift) SSRS and Power BI experience is a must.- Good understanding of Salesforce, Tableau and Mulesoft- Previous DevOps Experience is a must
