WHAT'S THE ROLE?

You will be an active part of our sustainability team to work on projects and support the development and implementation of different aspects of our sustainably strategy. You will help to drive the mindset in our international network together with us.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

As intern in our Corporate Sustainability department, you’ll be part of developing sustainability communication, contributing to our sustainability report and supporting our corporate volunteering program “Engaged Beyond Business”. You will work in a highly motivated team and will be in charge of your own projects. This includes independent alignments with stakeholders within the organization, structuring and processing contents as well as bringing forth and implementing improvement processes. You’ll work closely with our experts to develop our way to drive sustainability at Hilti.

**“During my internship in Corporate Sustainability, I had the opportunity to work on a project from scratch to its implementation. During the project, I had continuous guidance from my mentor and was given many responsibilities early on. I acquired a wide range of skills such as project management skills, problem-solving skills, and communication skills. On top of that, I got to deepen my knowledge on various sustainability topics by working closely with colleagues being experts in different sustainability fields.”**

- Enrollment in a Bachelor/Master’s program in business and/or sustainability studies preferred for the entire internship period
- Great communication and project management skills
- Independent and well-structured work style
- Good communication skills in English
