Sr. Manager, Manufacturing Project Manager

**The Role**:
The individual will develop timelines and project governance, and lead cross-functional project teams, support the Sponsors in project planning and execution to timelines, understand risks and when to escalate. They will work directly with stakeholders to ensure deliverable remain on track, measure performance using appropriate project management tools, and report and escalate to management as needed.

**Here's What You’ll Do**:
Establish, manage, and lead cross-functional project teams for accelerated commercial introduction of new products/variants as well as manufacturing changes and expansions.

Establish and adapt governance with CMOs as well as within Moderna organization to report out and escalate to leadership.

Lead the preparation and coordination of Business Reviews meetings with CMOs as well as within Moderna Organization.

Identify and drive implementation of continuous improvements agenda ensuring alignment across Moderna and CMOs.

Create and maintain project plans to ensure clarity of deliverables and timing. Track project tasks and efforts associated with tech transfer, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.

Coordinate scheduling and facilitating meetings, sending out agendas, writing and distributing minutes, managing team documentation, and tracking goals and action items.

Facilitate presentations to best communicate the project scope, progress, and outcomes.

Facilitate workshops for gap assessments, root cause analyses, or other project critical activities.

Participate in establishing standardized tools and processes for project management to achieve high quality deliverables within project deadlines.

**Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Table**:
**Education**: University degree in natural or applied sciences (Pharmacy, chemistry, biotechnology, engineering) and/or business.

10+ years, ideally a combination of (a) GMP commercial Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology manufacturing and/or quality assurance and (b) project management and/or consulting experience.

Work experience ideally in different functions (manufacturing, technology, quality, project management, etc.)

Project Management Professional Certification and/or Lean Manufacturing Greenbelt/Blackbelt training preferred.

Ability to work in a fluid environment and foster a strong collaborative spirit.

Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships.

Solid judgement with ability to make good decisions.

Strong proficiency in English.
