**YOUR CAPCO DAY**:

- Responsible for management and escalation of risks and issues.
- Actively identifying and manage dependencies and defining success metrics.
- Executing the implementation of the IT Target Operating Model and working with department managers to implement new and improved processes and operations.
- Driving the day-to-day delivery activities across the project, from initial shaping and mobilization through to deployment and post go live support.
- Managing relations with all stakeholders and guaranteeing their commitments.
- Analysing processes, technologies, and vendors continually to find areas for improvement.

**YOUR CAPCO-FIT**:

- Experience in the banking industry especially wealth management.
- Good understanding of day-to-day IT production activities (monitoring, incident management, etc.) and User Support Model.
- Excellent communication skills in French & English coupled with presentation skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal.
- Good understanding of technology and the technology delivery cycle.
