**Job Description**:
**Your mission**:
To reinforce the **Synechron Switzerland team**, we are looking for a** Test Manager**. Our mission is for one of our clients, a **Private Bank** in **Geneva.**

**Your responsibilities**:
You will join the **team CRM** as a** Test Manager** and you'll be responsible for:

- ** Overseeing **the test strategy, test governance, and test plan;
- ** Organizing and supervising test campaigns** (Sprints Unit Testing, SIT, UAT) and **ensuring the test coverage** of each release;
- ** Communicating **about the test campaigns (planning, progress, );
- ** Identifying and addressing deviation** from plan;
- ** Defining and operating** test case management process, defect management process;
- ** Working in close** **collaboration **with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Software Vendors.

**Qualifications**:
**Your profile and skills**:

- You have experience in **Wealth Management**;
- You possess experience working in the **financial sector** for a minimum of 5 years;
- You justify **at least 3 years of experience in similar role**;
- You have great **communication skills**;
- You speak **English and** **French fluently**;
- You have a **Swiss Residency**.
