- Zur Erweiterung unserer Niederlassung in Basel suchen wir eine/n Assistant Relationship Management.

**Was wäre deine Rolle?**
- Administrative und kundenbezogene Unterstützung von Kundenberatern in Bern
- Agenda Management: Planung, Organisation und Koordination von Meetings
- Selbständige Erledigung von Kundenadministration im Bereich Kontoeröffnungen, Kontoüberträge und Kontosaldierungen sowie permanente Kundendatenpflege im CRM
- Ausführung und Überwachung von Kundenaufträgen sowie selbständige Betreuung der Kunden in Abwesenheit der Kundenberater (d.h. Erledigung des Tagesgeschäfts sowie Abwicklung der Börsenaufträge, Festgelder, Produkte, Abklärungen, usw.)
- Vor
- und Nachbearbeitung von Kundenbesuchen und Geschäftsreisen
- Erledigung allgemeiner Korrespondenz in Deutsch, Englisch und Französisch
- Täglicher Kontakt via E-Mail, Telefon oder persönlich mit Kunden und internen Schnittstellen

**Was suchen wir?**
- Abgeschlossene Bankausbildung bei einer renommierten Bank sowie qualifizierte Erfahrung als Assistent im Wealth Management wird vorausgesetzt
- Bankerfahrung vor allem im Abwicklungs
- und Prozessbereich in der Vermögensverwaltung
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift); gute Französischkenntnisse erwünscht
- Hervorragende PC-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS Office: Word, Power Point und Excel)
- Hohe Kunden
- und Serviceorientierung
- Grosse Lern
- und Einsatzbereitschaft sowie sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten
- Selbständige, strukturierte und exakte Arbeitsweise
- Zuverlässige, flexible, belastbare, teamfähige, motivierte und loyale Persönlichkeit
- Hohes Diskretionsverständnis
- Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
