HR Director

Reporting to the group Head of Human Resources,

**Missions**
- You lead the HR department and a team of 3 people
- You are responsible for the alignment and delivery of human resources programs and services to employees and managers in Switzerland
- You set the Human Resources business unit objectives + KPI's
- You are in charge of preparing and monitoring salary budgets
- You supervise talent recruitment, learning and development, training, talent management, compensation and benefits, performance management, as well as succession planning
- You ensure legal compliance
- You are up to date on trends, best practices, employment law and specific changes
- You foster a work environment that celebrates and rewards employee engagement, implements modern day business practices and promotes the need to implement sustainable processes
- You have a a Master's degree in Human Resources, followed by significant experience in Switzerland
- You have previous exposure on a strategic role, including team management
- Strong experience in change management and implementation of new processes,
- You speak english. French would be a plus.
