Service Agreements Global Manager
**Your role and responsibilities**:
ABB Motion OneCare agreements are customized service agreements to improve our customers production efficiency, optimize their maintenance costs and give them total control over their maintenance budget. ABB’s services encompass the entire life cycle of motors, generators and drives and these can be bundled into a single modular multi-year service agreement. In this role you will be responsible for ‘agreement-ready’ modularization of the discreet service portfolio across all service lines globally and expected to bring an effective structure the end-to-end sales and operations activities this impacts. You will be accountable for the long-term profitable growth through strong end-to-end sales and operations alignment of the modularized portfolio offering to meet market opportunities. This role manages the global portfolio and solution view to be ‘agreement ready’ - practically driving the service offering modularization with the support of the ABB motion services division product managers, and in turn ‘push’ into the market, to ensure portfolio offering simplicity into the service agreements global program. The work model for the role is: hybrid #LI-hybrid This role is open globally, but location is set in Europe with a preference for Finland and UK. You will be accountable for: Deliver profitable growth of the modular ABB Motion OneCare service agreement offerings to targeted markets, by developing and managing it through all its life cycle phases, according to customer needs and product group strategy. Be full responsible for the global service offering modularization management of the ABB Motion OneCare Agreements portfolio. Develop, establish and execute a model for the global strategy to ensure services are aligned to the agreement principles, tools and processes. Work with Global Portfolio Managers and Product Managers to ensure services are developed to fit agreements in all aspects (specification, price, delivery etc.) and the modular approach is embedded into our product development, deployment, and support processes. Actively ensure services fit the existing tool landscape for agreements (i.e. OneCare Configurator, service sales tools, plus e-2-e support processes). Actively manage and develop the service agreements portfolio around the strategic roadmap of MOSE overall and in collaboration with MOSE countries. Assess gaps of offering standardization and maturity of countries, jointly develop action plans to overcome the existing gaps and follow-up the action plan execution, actively contributing for operations’ maturity growth. Ensure infrastructure for support is aligned when offering packages (i.e. lifecycle status, backup, spares availability etc).
**Qualifications for the role**:
- Bachelor's or higher degree in a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Portfolio or Product Management, preferably in Drives and Motors (products and services business).
- Fluency in English is essential (written and spoken).
- Strong understanding of end-to-end technical sales and operations processes in background, ideally with both global and local experience.
- Passionate about service agreements with demonstratable knowledge of the core principle and the challenges that exist (e.g. back-end delivery and front-end pricing).
- Ability to break down barriers, turn complexity into simplicity and develop common goals.
- Leading without authority, ability to achieve objectives through collaboration.
- Goal setting and measuring milestones, with reputable ‘say-do’ ratio.
- Results orientated, self-organized and autonomous way of working.
