We are developing a breakthrough proton therapy system that will maximise the destructive effect of radiation on tumours whilst minimising damage to patients’ healthy tissues; revolutionising the way that we can save lives.
We’re looking for a highly motivated and proactive **PDM/PLM Data Administrator** to join our Regulatory and Quality team.
**What will you do?**
- Change management activities
- Entry and maintenance of data in the PLM system to support product definition, procurement and other embedded business processes.
- Identification of supporting documentation for Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) items and upload of such documentation and association with relevant items in PLM.
**What will be your main duties and responsibilities?**
- Creation and/or validation of engineering change requests/engineering change orders (from the impact analysis of the affected items to the final check of the data related to the items before releasing them to a new revision)
- Building of Bills of Material (BOMs) where these are not imported from Vault Professional (PDM)
- Creation and addition of key data for COTS items
- Obtaining supporting documentation for COTS items and adding them to PLM
- Import of standard items from publicly available databases
- Producing standard reports on a regular basis to support business reporting needs.
- Any other PLM/PDM related tasks as may arise as the system functionalities evolve
**What are we looking for?**
**- Familiarity with items and materials encountered in electromechanical engineering**
- **Min 2 years of experience required in managing BoM and changes in a PLM tool**
- Proven intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office tools such as Word and Excel
- Skilled at research-oriented use of internet search engines and online databases
- A minimum of a good level of higher education
- A high level of understanding of written English and fluent spoken English
- Good attention to detail and accurate entry of data
- Prioritisation of workload to meet expected service levels
- Self-starter with a “can-do” attitude
**Not mandatory but let us know if you**:
