**Your key responsibilities**
- ** Process Analysis**: Conducting in-depth assessments of existing HR processes and practices to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- ** Data-Driven Insights**: Leveraging analytics and data to make informed decisions and recommendations for optimizing HR operations.
- ** Technology Integration**: Identifying opportunities for process automations that will improve HR service delivery.
- ** Benchmarking**: reviewing of industry trends and best practices, benchmarking against other organizations.
- ** Improvement initiatives**:

- Leading improvement initiatives with stakeholders, assess impacts and present progress reports to Leadership

**You bring**

Good understanding of HR practices and technology
- Expertise in developing process documentation and creation of communication and training materials
- Very good communication skills and an advanced level of English language
- A practical and solution-oriented mindset
- Bachelor's degree
