Junior Commercial Controller

As a Junior Commercial Controller, you will be part of the Europe Commercial Controlling department for Taste & Wellbeing reporting to the Commercial Controller. You will support the Controlling team with analysis, KPIs, system preparation, numeric information, business cases and general controlling to maximize sales and profitability with a focus on the UK & Ireland markets. You will work with commercial teams in all Commercial Finance activities to become a trusted partner and build relationships across all areas of the business. You will be eather based in Kemptthal (Switzerland) or Naarden (Netherlands).

**You will**:
**Reporting**
- Provide detailed, accurate financial reports and analysis promptly
- Monitor overall functional costs (OPEX and CAPEX) and perform FTE analysis
- Work with Sales and marketing teams, delivering financial and commercial insight engagingly

**Guide Commercial Finance Processes**
- Help prepare training and support to staff in sales and sub regions in the use of financial reporting systems to ensure control of the business
- Provide support across several projects including systems / process implementations to improve our business process and share best practices across the company

**Business Partnering**
- Prepare and collect financial information for the sub-regions (Last Estimation & Budget)
- Provide financial analysis to support our decisions
- Build close working relationships across all departments and geographies

**You have**:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Economics / Finance & Accounting; keen to start professional qualifications (e.g. ACCA or CImA)
- At least 2 years of experience in controlling and / or accounting in cross-cultural / international environment, combined with experience in B2B budgeting and planning
- Expert in analyzing numerical information, present conclusions and recommendations in a clear way
- SAP (SD, CO, FI) and SAP-BI experience
- Fluent in English, any additional language is an advantage
