Team Leader Product Management in The Life Science

How you can make a difference:
With your team and in close cooperation with the Global Marketing Director, respective Product Managers, the MarCom Team and other stakeholders, you:
- Develop and implement a strategic product management roadmap to continuously enhance the product portfolio and identify new market opportunities.- Lead and develop the product management team and a technical content manager, including setting clear goals, regular performance reviews, and supporting professional development.- Collaborate closely with the research and development, marketing, sales, and customer service departments to develop marketing strategies, ensuring that product development meets customer needs and leads to successful market launches.- Monitor and analyse market and competitive trends to proactively respond to changes and capitalize on growth opportunities.- Responsible for product lifecycle management, including launching products, pricing, positioning, and end-of-life decisions.

You fit perfectly in our team if you are a high-performing leader and team player with a self-starter personality.- Degree in natural sciences, engineering, or a related field, with an additional preference for a business education.- Several years of experience in product management or market segment management, ideally in the life science or biopharmaceutical industry- Demonstrated leadership experience, including successfully leading a team of highly skilled professionals.- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking to develop complex market and product strategies.- Excellent communication and presentation skills to persuade and influence internal and external stakeholders.- Fluent in English and German
