Stellenbeschreibung
- Proaktive und effiziente Unterstützung für das Data & Analytics Team in allen administrativen Belangen wie Office Management, Korrespondenz, Planung und Buchung von Geschäftsreisen, Reisekostenabrechnungen, Agenda Management, Erstellung und Überarbeitung von Präsentationen
- Organisation und Koordination von Sitzungen
Unsere Anforderungen
- kaufmännische Grundausbildung in der Bank
- oder Treuhandbranche, sowie Erfahrungen als Assistenz
- Interesse an Data & Analytics von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
- Dienstleistungsbereitschaft in Verbindung mit einer empathischen sowie aufgestellten Persönlichkeit
- Selbständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise sowie gute Arbeitsorganisation
- Stilsichere Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
