ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP

You will join PMIs central sustainability team based in Lausanne, Switzerland, with the opportunity to work remotely. You will work directly with the sustainability market activation and support team to actively engage colleagues across all our internal communications channels to ensure sustainability is embedded as a core organizational strategy. You will directly support the roll-out of sustainability challenges for a global audience to drive awareness around our global sustainability strategy. We offer:

- An internship for the duration of 6 months with the possibility for renewal
- A chance to experience how gamified learning can be applied to foster culture, engagement and inclusion within an organization
- Insights into how a global sustainability strategy is brought to life in different markets around the world

JOIN US WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Skilled in communications techniques and has a strong knowledge of leveraging Microsoft Office tools
- Has a growth mindset and is looking to learn a wide range of skills, including a desire to deepen knowledge in at least 2 of the following areas
- Sustainability and ESG topics
- Internal communications
- Capability building within multinational organizations
- native English speaker
- previous work experience in communications or sustainability would be and added asset

HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

- Working alongside the global sustainability colleagues and regional coordinators to help plan and execute global sustainability engagement activities
- Briefing and working with creative agencies to deliver engaging content
- Supporting the development of internal communications plans
