Nous sommes aujourd'hui sollicités par notre client, un établissement hôtelier de catégorie supérieur situé en région lausannoise pour le recrutement de leur futur

**Responsable Groupes et Événements (H/F)**:
**DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION**:
En tant que responsable de département, vous serez le chef d'orchestre de l'organisation des événements auprès d'un établissement hôtelier de haut standing. Votre mission principale consistera à coordonner, superviser, promouvoir et développer le département. Vous assurerez la rédaction et le suivi des offres, établirez les notes de services partagées à l'interne ainsi qu'avec des intervenants externes afin d'assurer le bon déroulement des événements. Homme de terrain proche de vos clients, vous vous assurerez de leur plus grande satisfaction lors des différentes manifestations organisées en coordonnant les opérations sur place ainsi qu'en garantissant par la suite un suivi minutieux jusqu'à la facturation.

**PROFIL ATTENDU**:
Au bénéfice d'une formation initiale dans les métiers de l'hôtellerie et de la restauration, vous bénéficiez d'une expérience couronnée de succès en tant qu'Event Manager auprès d'une exploitation hôtelière de haut standing. Les techniques de vente vous sont familières et possédez d'excellentes compétences en gestion administrative tout en étant également à l'aise sur le terrain, aux côtés de vos équipes et de vos clients. Sens de l'organisation, de la planification, rigueur professionnelle, charisme et engagement sans faille font partie de vos principales qualités. Doté d'un savoir-faire confirmé, mais aussi et surtout d'un savoir-être avéré, votre aisance relationnelle, votre finesse en matière de négociation et votre appétit commercial développé vous permettent d'instaurer d'excellents rapports avec votre clientèle actuelle et potentielle. Vous vous exprimez en toute fluidité en français et en anglais et disposez dans l'idéal de solides compétences en allemand.
