The “Config Management Services” team is responsible for providing GE customers the right Spare Part for new built units Maintenance and Operations (NU Initial Spare Part list) as well for Outage planning (Outage Spare Part List).

**Role Summary/Purpose**

We are looking for a team supporting role, a person able to:
Track the deliverables of the team (KPI perf. & quality). Support business transformations with the best team spirit Support and drive Quality initiatives

The team internship member is a key responsible willing to improve team processes & tools.

**Deliverables**

Understand GE Gas power Services business operations and products

Understand how Customer satisfaction can be improved by driving on-time, fast, quality deliverables through operational rigor.

Understand what a matrix Engineering organisation is and how does it work.

**Qualifications or Requirements**
- Passion for technology and previous internship experience in GE will be an added advantage
- Academic excellence in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical or Production Engineering
- Ability to assess and understand complex processes in a short amount of time. Ability to lean out processes to remove waste and non-value-added routines.
- Clear thinking, open to new ideas and demonstrated experience developing and rollout new tools and processes
- Experience in Programming will be an added advantage
- Fluent in English (German or other language a plus)
- Demonstrated strong organizational, leadership ability and initiative
- Ready to learn, energetic and be proactive
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
