**Your role**
- Do you have a track record of developing client relationships? Can you identify ways to fine-tune and develop marketing strategies? Are you skilled at assessing processes and making improvements?
- We’re looking for a salesperson to:
- prepare and deliver marketing activities
- develop and maintain relationships with client advisors
- design and implement systematic processes to improve our marketing success
- gather data to better understand our client book and to improve our sales efforts
- set-up new clients in our systems and work with mid
- and back-office to ensure onboarding requirements are met
- act as front-office contact for questions with regards to the entire securities lending value chain

**Your team**
- You will join a small team within the UBS Investment Bank in Opfikon. Our team’s mandate is to grow the pool of securities available to the securities lending trading desk. Our clients are fund managers, corporate and institutional clients, and large clients within UBS’ Wealth Management division. The breadth of the client segments that we serve means that we work with all divisions within UBS. The small team size requires us to prioritize and focus on the levers that matters; and it allows for ample space for each team member to develop and grow.Diversity helps us grow, together. **Your expertise**
- multiple years’ work experience either in the financial services industry or in a client-facing role outside the financial services industry
- self-motivated and independent working style
- strong sense of accountability for own contribution
- proactive, critical thinker with a pragmatic solution-oriented thinking
- fluent in English, other languages are a plus
- good-humored and ready to plough on when the going gets tough
