We’re looking for a Trader in UBS Switzerland AG Securities Lending & Financing - Zürich to:

- enhance the loan and collateral profiles of the Equity and Fixed Income trading books to improve scarce resource consumption
- analyze on
- and off-balance sheet secured financing transactions, enhance liquidity models, and monitor new regulatory requirements
- collaborate with sales traders to realize new opportunities with which to execute distribution strategies and grow profitability
- manage both tactical and strategic tasks simultaneously; participate in broader team initiatives while managing day-to-day responsibilities
- follow regulations and internal policies, including execution, trading, liquidity and market risk limits

**Your team**

You’ll be joining the Investment Bank’s Global Markets Financing business, specifically working in the Securities Lending & Financing team in Zurich. In addition to generating revenues for UBS clients (Corporate, Institutional and Wealth Management), securities lending contributes towards market liquidity, capital markets efficiency, and balance sheet management opportunities.

Our desk lends a diverse portfolio of Fixed Income and Equity assets, listed in developed and emerging markets, to trading counterparts around the globe. **Your expertise**
- an affinity towards working with large amounts of data and data analysis
- generate valuable conclusions that drive positive economic outcomes and ideas on how to capture
- lateral thinking, with coding experience and an inclusive approach towards problem solving
- strong presentation and communication skills, willing to engage with key stakeholders to drive initiatives
- detail oriented, careful about quality of work and possess solid organizational skills
- demonstrate success working in a fast-paced, agile working environment
- an understanding or previous work experience (~2-4 years) in fixed income markets or Asset and Liability Management would be an asset
