For our client, an international company based in Geneva, we are looking for a:
L&D Manager
You will have the full of the training and professional development of company employees, making the most out of people's talents and help them develop to their full potential.
This includes:
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
- Identified, create and design learning strategies and programs
- Actively searches, creatively designs and implements effective methods to educate, enhance performance and recognize performance.
- Trains and coaches managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts.
- Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
- Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization.
- Create a culture of continuous learning and growth through programs that enable the company to constantly evolve and develop.
- Track budgets and negotiate contracts
**Profile**:
- You hold a Bachelor or Master in HR, Business, Psychology or a related field
- 8 (min.) years of experience designing and implementing employee development programs.
- You are passionate about helping people learn and grow.
- You have a strong knowledge of effective learning and development methods
- You have experience in project management and budgeting
- Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Leadership, strong organizational skills with business-oriented thinking
