**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support and participate in the coordination and delivery of school events and initiatives such as Open Days, Student Recruitment Fairs, Boarding trips, or weekends.
- Nurture and maintain relationships with parents and educational counsellors ensuring a positive word of mouth by traveling to LATAM and European countries such as Mexico, Brazil, Spain etc.
- Advise and guide prospective parents and students through a positive and engaging experience from initial enquiry to the visit of the school and through to their enrolment.
- Maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders (international educational counsellors and relocation agents) especially in LATAM countries and Europe.
- Contribute to ensure effective short
- and long-term enrolment forecasting and manage CRM

**SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- Business / commercial / hospitality degree with ideally at least 3 years’ experience in the sale of high-end services or luxury products
- Trilingual English, French and Spanish with very good writing skills in the three languages
- Adaptable, flexible, organised and willing to travel (30%)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to understand the needs of families and respond in keeping with the expectations of prospective parents.
