**BÜHLMANN Laboratories AG **is a dynamic and globally renowned production and
trading company in the life sciences sector. Based in Schönenbuch, canton of Basel
- Landschaft, our company employs a workforce of over 130 skilled professionals.
Our in-house development and manufacturing of diagnostic kits and reagents enabled
our successful establishment and robust presence in the global health care market.
Hospitals and private medical laboratories around the world trust in the quality and safety
of our **in vitro diagnostic (IVD)** products.
In order to strengthen our **Global Marketing** department within the **Lab & Automation**
group, we are currently seeking to fill a **newly created position**. The role is available for
an immediate start or can be arranged as per mutual convenience.
Product Manager
Lab & Automation (100%)**
**Your Responsibilities**
- Marketing and product management for in vitro diagnostic immunoassay
products in the modern lab automation environment
- Conducting market research, competitor analysis for both existing and new
products
- Orchestrating the successful launch of new innovative products in the laboratory
market and their life-cycle management
- Assisting Key Account Managers and international distributors through
product training, providing essential product information and participating in
key account visits
- Providing scientific support and positioning of products
- Fostering and sustaining connections with hospitals and laboratories worldwide,
while actively gathering insights from Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and customers
- Participating in international trade shows, conferences and seminars
**Your Profile**
- Completed degree or equivalent education in **natural sciences**, preferably with
knowledge & experience in the field of in vitro diagnostics and/or clinical chemistry
- Initial relevant professional experience in **product** **management** and/or marketing,
with additional experience in customer support being advantageous
- Willingness to work in the regulated environment of **medical device/in vitro**
**diagnostic** products
- Solution-oriented behavior and interconnected thinking, coupled with strong
communication skills
- Enjoyment of a role at interfaces and working within teams
- Proficient in negotiation in both **English** and **German**:
- Willingness to engage in global travel, primarily within Europe (approx. 10-20%)
