**Production expert in packaging operations (M/F/d) - GMP/MS-Office/Google/Packaging/German**

**Project / Role**: For our client, a large pharmaceutical company based in Basel, we are looking for a production expert in the packaging operation (M/F/d).

**Background**: The Kaiseraugst production site is responsible for the manufacture and packaging of sterile drugs and supplies the global market with biopharmaceutical drug products. As a production expert (M/F/d) in the packaging department, you will look after the complex systems entrusted to you in all technical and operational matters. In your role, you will work closely with the production units in the value stream and the local interfaces. The willingness to work across departments is a given. As a team player, you are open to new things, have an agile and creative way of thinking, work in a solution-oriented manner, have an "open mindset" and have an "end to end" approach.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Professional operation of the systems in the area of responsibility
- Support in the professional elimination of faults in highly automated systems
- Detecting, analyzing and evaluating system malfunctions
- Ensuring and optimizing plant availability
- Work in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Working safely in a GMP environment
- GMP-compliant documentation
- Training employees in the use of the systems
- Collaboration in continuous process and plant optimization
- Planning, monitoring, processing and coordinating the necessary measures to maintain the condition of the plant in compliance with “change management”
- Independently carry out conversion work (format change)
- Willingness to work 3 shifts
- Self-organized work and living the LEAN idea

**Must Haves**:

- Completed technical training
- 1-3 years of professional experience in production, ideally in the pharmaceutical or highly regulated environment (food industry)
- Safe use of standard PC programs (MS Office and Google)
- Fluent written and spoken German
- Technical understanding as well as an independent, communicative, resilient and flexible personality, enjoyment of independent work, responsibility and team player
- Forward-looking thinking and action as well as strong conceptual skills
- Precise and reliable working even under time pressure

**Nice to haves**:

- Knowledge of SAP
- LPS (Lean Production System) knowledge
- Handling key figures e.g. OEE
