**Per sofort **suchen wir eine/n **Finanz Manager/in 100%**
- Täglich Bargeldfluss kontrollieren und periodisch einzahlen
- Täglich die Gratis-Parking Ausfahrten kontrollieren und eintragen
- Tägliche Kontrolle der Einnahme nach der Übernahme von Opera in ABACUS
- Tägliche Kontrolle und Verbuchung der Hauptkasse (Ausgaben & Einnahmen)
- Tägliche Kontrolle von sämtlichen Bankkontonten
- Nach Bedarf, Auslandsüberweisungen erfassen, visieren und an GM weitergeben zum Visieren
- Erstellen des monatlichen Sales Reports
- Erstellen des I.H.C. Performance zH. Direktion u. Eigentümer (Royalty, Marketing & Reservation Contribution)
- Erstellen des Monats-u. Jahresrapports z.Hd. Direktion, Abteilungleiter bzw. Eigentümer
- Erstellen des Monatsrapports für die Eigentümer(Bilanz & Erfolgsrechnung und für die Eigentümer spezielle Reports)
- Monatlich die Zahlen für GOP Meeeting vorbereiten und an die Abteilungleiter für die entsprechende Kommentare senden.
- Sämtliche Kreditorenrechnungen kontrollieren, visieren und zur Zahlung freigeben
- Periodische Kontrolle des Debitorenausstandes
- Mahnwesen überwachen und ev. Schritte einleiten
- Monatliche Rückstellungen kontrollieren und erfassen
- Monatliche Kontrolle des Lohnlauf
- Monatlich die Parkingkassenstocks überprüfen
- Monatlich die Zahlen für das Forecast-Meetinng kontrollieren und konsolidieren z zu Hd. von GM
- Periodische Kontrolle von sämtlichem Inventar
- Monatlich die Verrechnungen an die Nebenbetriebe und Holmes Place für Wasser, Strom usw. erstellen und senden (gemäss Ablesung GCC Energie)
- Quartalweise die Akonto Verrechnungen für Heiz-und Warmwasserkosten senden
- Purchasing Request kontrollieren, unterschreiben und freigeben
- Erstellen der Einnahmen und Ausgaben-Budgets nach den Grobrichtlinien
- Definitives Erstellen und monatliche Aufteilung des Budgets
- Jährlich die Mobiliar Inventar mit den Abteilungsleitern kontrollieren und eventuelle Änderungen eintragen und an die Eigentümer senden
- Teilnahme an den Tägliche Meeting
- Monatlich Teilname an den Forecast-Meeting
- 2x jährlich Betreuung der Revisoren und für deren Kontrolle die von ihnen verlangten Unterlagen vorbereiten und nachträglich für allfällige Fragen bereit sein
