Tasks

As an Intern in Change Management, you will play a crucial role in supporting one of our key clients successfully transforming their organization and operations. Hereby you are part of the BearingPoint People & Strategy service line that consults clients in Change Management topics.

**Your tasks include**:

- Collaborate with a cross-functional project team to drive positive change within the client organization
- Work under the guidance of senior team members to ensure successful project execution
- Support the project team in implementing a dedicated change management strategy
- Conduct impactful quantitative and qualitative analysis and document findings
- Assist in executing change activities, including communication plans, training sessions and stakeholder engagement
- Seek opportunities to enhance your consulting skills and be part of the Change Management community

**Requirements**:

- Successful completion of a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in business administration, organizational psychology or similar
- Ability to communicate your findings and the value they bring to clients with impact orally and in writing
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills (quantitative and qualitative)
- Business fluent in English (both written and spoken) and very good German (minimum B2)
- Enthusiastic and proactive personality
- Eager to learn with a positive and curious mindset
- First experience in consulting is a plus
