**Medical Science Liaison (tous genres)**
Pour notre Medical Department, nous recherchons une personnalité compétente et dynamique en tant que Medical Science Liaison Neurologie de terrain. Avons-nous éveillé votre intérêt?
**Vos tâches**
Dans cette position exigeante et de haut niveau scientifique, vous assurez la liaison entre les expert-e-s médicaux en neurologie au sein des hôpitaux et des cabinets, afin d'informer les spécialistes en fonction de leurs besoins, de soutenir les collaborations scientifiques et de rapporter les informations stratégiques importantes du terrain à la société. Vous identifiez les domaines de collaboration possibles correspondant à notre orientation stratégique; vous initiez, coordonnez et organisez des projets médicaux, des évènements scientifiques, y compris des conseils consultatifs, partiellement avec activité de présentation personnelle. Vous êtes également responsable des réponses conformes aux prescriptions aux questions médico-scientifiques internes et externes, de l'élaboration de présentations/matériel scientifiques et de leur révision, du suivi des études et des publications ainsi que du co-développement de la stratégie médicale locale au sein du domaine thérapeutique et de sa mise en œuvre.
Vous approfondissez vos compétences scientifiques au cours de réunions et de congrès nationaux et internationaux ainsi que dans des formations internes. En outre, vous vous engagez activement dans la formation des collaborateurs internes dans le domaine médico-scientifique correspondant et vous assurez le support scientifique de toutes les fonctions internes pertinentes.
Vous rapportez directement au Medical Manager Neurology et travaillez très étroitement avec un entourage multidisciplinaire.
En tant que Medical Scientific Liasion Manager, vous pouvez vous attendre à une tâche autonome, diversifiée et comportant des responsabilités au sein d'un environnement orienté vers l'avenir.
**Vos qualifications**
- Diplôme universitaire en médecine, pharmacie ou sciences de la vie (de préférence avec doctorat)
- L'expérience dans une position de MSL/Medical Advisor ou similaire (p. ex. Key Account Manager) dans l'industrie pharmaceutique est un atout.
- Des expériences/connaissances en neurologie et un réseau existant sur le marché suisse sont privilégiés
- Aisance rédactionnelle en français et très bonne connaissance de l'anglais. Une très bonne connaissance de l'allemand est un atout.
- Orientation clientèle très marquée et motivation personnelle ainsi qu'attitude professionnelle et très bonne technique de présentation.
- Capacité de persuasion et d'inspiration; excellentes qualités relationnelles et compétences sociales; engagement, volonté de performance et détermination; sens de l'organisation et bonne gestion du temps
