As an Engineering Manager, you will closely partner with a growing team of engineers and product managers, and build and deliver on a strategy aimed at serving some of Google’s valued power users with an enhanced offering. **Responsibilities**:
- Work with the Engineering and Product Management Directors to set and align mission, goal, and strategy for the team.
- Partner closely with a team of product managers, UX designers, and UX researchers to iterate on roadmapping, product concepts, and definition as well as success metrics.
- Work within the Search stack to develop prototypes for functionality supporting the needs of Search power users.
- Network with other Engineering teams to exchange ideas, coordinate implementation, and align launch plans.
- Build, grow, and manage a team while supporting the professional development of team members. Be responsible for the overall team health.
