Engineering Manager - (m/f/d)

Are you an experienced Engineering Manager seeking a new challenge within the chemicals and pharmaceutical sector? Our esteemed client, based in Basel, Switzerland is looking for a seasoned professional to lead their complex engineering projects with expertise and innovation.

As the successful candidate, your role will involve spearheading highly regulated Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) Engineering initiatives. You'll have the opportunity to leave your mark on critical EPCM projects while advancing technological frontiers through CQV (Commissioning Qualification Validation), Automation as well as Process Engineering and Improvement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Leading large multidisciplinary teams across various technical streams.
  2. Managing CAPEX engineering programs from conception through completion.
  3. Overseeing Commissioning Qualification Validation activities ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  4. Driving automation efforts that contribute towards efficient production systems.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. A wealth of technical engineering experience particularly within heavily-regulated environments such as those found in chemical or pharmaceutical industries.
  2. Bilingual proficiency - fluency required in both German and English languages due to location's linguistic diversity and international collaboration needs.
