**Sales Manager MICE (STARS)**

Vos tâches seront:

- Obtention d’un taux d’occupation optimal des salles de réunion et des chambres pour le segment MICE (clients corporate et agences) en étroite collaboration avec le directeur des général /revenue management/directeur des ventes
- Acquisition active de nouveaux clients et planification ciblée des activités avec des mesures de fidélisation de la clientèle en fonction du segment de clientèle attribué, principalement MICE
- Gestion des relations avec les clients existants et nouveaux du segment MICE
- Prospection téléphonique et télémarketing
- Appels de suivi et gestion de la base de données
- Préparation et organisation des événements pour les clients
- Traitement des demandes d’événements et établissement de devis
- Organisation d’inspections de sites en vue de la conclusion éventuelle d’un contrat
- Participation aux salons professionnels/événements/road shows pertinents
- Représentation de l’entreprise et promotion de la notoriété et de la réputation du groupe hôtelier tristar et des marques associées
- Promotion de la communication interne afin d’obtenir des processus opérationnels efficaces et efficients visant à un haut niveau de satisfaction des clients.

Le profil que nous attendons est le suivant:

- Formation complète dans l’hôtellerie
- Méthode de travail structurée et, si nécessaire, créative
- Vision orientée vers la recherche de solutions dans l’intérêt du client
- Communicatif & empathique
- Goût pour la vente et si possible déjà une expérience dans le domaine MICE
- Bonne compréhension des chiffres ; la connaissance d’Opera est un atout
- Très bonne maîtrise de l’anglais, allemand apprécié
