Mechanical engineering is one of the essential disciplines needed for ensuring good performance, increasing long-term reliability, and maintaining a reasonable cost for our drone fleet and the whole ecosystem around it.

As a mechanical engineering intern, you will assist the team in all the phases of the mechanical development of the whole drone system, from the initial requirements definition of a project to the evaluation and validation of the real product. You will have the opportunity to learn or enforce your knowledge in various fields of mechanical engineering: from CAD design to CFD simulation, from fast prototyping to product testing. You will also be collaborating with other departments with the possibility to widen your knowledge in other fields such as aerodynamics, manufacturing quality control, and electronics integration.

**What you'll do**
- 2D and 3D design of mechanical components and assemblies for drones and supporting hardware
- Test and validation of prototypes and existing designs
- Work and collaborate with tangent technical departments including production, electrical engineering, and software engineering

**What you bring**
- Started 3rd year in an accredited degree-seeking engineering program
- Strong academic record and a demonstrated ability to convert theory into practice along with hands-on experience
- Good written and spoken English language skills required
- Excellent team and communication skills
