**Infrastructure Project Manager for a Fintech (bank) in Lugano**:
We are currently seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team at a leading fintech company.
As the Infrastructure Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of infrastructure projects within the fintech company, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Lead and manage infrastructure projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor project progress to identify and address potential risks and issues.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to senior management and stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement and best practices in infrastructure project management processes.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience in infrastructure project management within the fintech industry.
Strong knowledge of infrastructure technologies, systems, and best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus.

**Required languages**: English B2 (Italian B2 is a plus)
**Salary**: We offer an interesting salary with a permanent Swiss contract
**Work location**: Lugano, partially in SmartWorking from Switzerland
**Pre-requisites**: you must be in possession of a work permit valid for Swiss territory or have the nationality of a European nation.
