**The Challenge**

As Digital Marketing Intern in HNC (Human Nutrition and Care), you will actively support the DSM Human Nutrition Digital Marketing team. You will contribute to the implementation of the digital marketing strategy to improve customer centricity and enhance digital maturity throughout our ecosystem, focusing on external channels. You will work in numerous digital platforms, including Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Analytics, SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Teams and Trello. **Location**

Switzerland, Amsterdam or Parsippany, NJ, with possibility for hybrid working.

**As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will**:

- Execute content authoring on our B2B websites, including creating new pages for events and campaigns, working with regional and segment marketing leads.
- Assist with executing the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategy, implementing recommended changes to website copy, headers, metadata and more.
- Conduct website audits, as needed, identifying any issues or opportunities for content or user journey optimization.
- Build and manage campaign, segment and regional dashboards in Adobe Analytics, providing actionable website data and insights to various stakeholders.
- Working with the Global Digital MarCom Manager, support the digital governance workstream, developing presentations and other instructional documentation as needed.
- Assist with website and UX testing, ensuring seamless user journeys and maintenance of data hygiene across digital platforms.
- Assist with internal asset management to provide better visibility, organization and searchability for shared assets (stock images, videos, etc.)
- work closely together with your direct colleagues and with agencies with the objective to grow our business with digital as an enabler.
- Bachelor's degree in the field of Digital Marketing or comparable.
- First practical experience through internships or other part-time jobs are an advantage.
- First practical experience in CMS and/or web/campaign analytics tools is required; experience in Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Analytics is preferred.
- Previous experience in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics, Trello and JIRA is a plus.
- A "hands-on" mentality, with a proactive and curious attitude, happy to support and take initiative, the willingness to take the lead in some projects but also complete menial tasks where required.
- Very good English language skills are required.
- Knowledge of digital tools and digital trends
- Resourceful and eager to learn
- Good communication skills (both orally and written) with a committed and independent way of working.
- Motivated, flexible and team-oriented personality, who brings in new ideas and thinks innovatively.
