Marketing Activation Manager- Switzerland

We are seeking our new
_Marketing Activation Manager -Switzerland_ (M/F /d) to join our team.

Our new colleague will be in charge of the inspiring and exciting marketing, advertising and promotional activities for our Swiss market, covering the consumer-centric Mum & Baby Care unit distributed through offline and online retailers, as well as the Professional Care business (hospital focus with breastfeeding assortment as well as vacuum technology for surgical interventions in cardiac and thoracic therapy).

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the Country Head, sales team and EU marketing team to plan local marketing objectives and annual plan.
- Activate and customize global and EU toolkits for market, ensuring timely delivery of all relevant marketing materials
- Collect, analyze and share market trends, competitor and consumer insights. Drive insight-based actions.
- Prepare, track and adhere to local marketing budgets
- Ensure point-of-sale brand and product visibility and call-to-action campaigns
- Build strong collaboration with sales team to support strategic and customer partnership activities
- Be an active member of the EU marketing community to share best practices and to steal with pride from the other markets.
- Create and execute the annual Marketing & Communications plan
- Play an integral role in the tracking and reporting of product launches
- Organization, planning of trade shows, conventions is an important part of the position
- Assist in the area of social media & digital campaigns in close collaboration with the Marketing Europe team + local initiatives such as baby portals

Your qualifications
- You have a proven track record of excellent marketing activation behind global/regional initiatives (such as product launches and brand building campaigns) as well as developing and launching locally relevant projects.
- Ideally have professional roots in the Consumer Health Care industry (OTC, Cosmetics, Nutrition, Medical Devices) or in the FMCG industry.
- Comfortable with digital marketing - although EU managed centrally, requires strong collaboration with regional team and input
- German is your native language and French and/or Italian is an advantage
- Your English is fluent in word and writing
