**Head of Squeeze (M/F/d)**

Position: Major Tasks - Create and drive various workstreams /programs to significantly mitigate (about 100 mio in 2023) - Deliver a saving pipeline of 60 million for 2023 and identify saving pipeline of 100M by Aug 2023. - Coordinate the execution of the program so that savings are realized OTIF - Establish a standard process to deliver the savings (funnel with different stages and clear description of RACI) - Define program governance making sure there is full clarity on: o Ideation (who is developing the idea) o Accounting (to ensure no double countings) o Validation / approval (who is the sole responsible for approval) o Execution (who is responsible for executing the idea) - Establish program management approach including value tracking, communication, reporting, etc. - Position: Skills,... Education: - master s degree on equivalent experience in Science, Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or equivalent Experience: - Basic understanding of legal, regulatory and GMP requirements in a Pharma, OTC drug, medical device and / or nutritional supplement environment Competencies: - Strong influencing & engagement skills across cultures and functions - Substantial project management experience and proven project leadership - High degree of flexibility and agility, in global and virtual working environment - Out of the box thinker who is passionate about questioning the status quo and coming up withcreative solutions for complex problems that benefit our PS organization and Bayer overall - Excellent stakeholder management & influencing skills, especially in dealing with more senior stakeholders in a complex environment - Self starter mentality with high degree of initiative and excellent follow up skills along with strong analytical and problem solving skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate project plans - Strong customer focus incl. proven ability to think and sell conceptually - Excellent conflict resolution skills - Working proficiency in English require
